some solutions require more...

Deep problems often require more than one group to solve. It could be the interface between two organizations or more than two. It may be a supply chain coordination. It might be an interface between groups of your organization that work in different locations. In any case, the workshop could require 6 people or 50 people. Divided into small groups, the teams each tackle a portion of the problem and develop and rank solutions. Then the small groups combine and share results. Often a nucleus of actors develops that create their own momentum for results in the coming weeks. Once the workshop has developed the kernel the teams can work independently.
