MBA in a Day

MBA in a Day is about thinking like a CEO. If this were your business, how would you organize products and services? How would you engage with customers? Who would you hire? How would they work together? Would you have a flat or horizontal organizational structure for people? How would people in separate departments communicate with one another? How would ideas from staff bubble up to top management (or lower) and become real?

A famous learning model asks workers to think three levels above themselves. So, you work on the assembly line. Three levels above you is the general manager of this factory. What would he want to know about how you work? As CEO for a Day, how would you make this happen?

In MBA for a Day, workshop participants share their stories about what works and ideas for improvement. They learn from each other about the tasks and skills that make the business a success.

Participants think about customers and the business environment. What is changing? How do we react to the new?

We are all able to think beyond our place and connect with others. New ideas and new connections bring ideas and new ways of working. This workshop builds on this.
